AEGIS04-KG
At Bioengineering Research and Development Center in Kragujevac the fourth Serbian Grid site is installed. AEGIS04-KG is a dedicated cluster which has been operational since June 2006. It consists of 13 physical nodes running Scientific Linux 5 x86_64 with gLite 3.2 middleware. Grid services are supported by following hardware-software units:
UI/Cream-CE node Dual Intel® Xeon®, 2.00 GHz, 8GB RAM, 400 GB SCSI in RAID mode
DPM SE node - AMD Athlon X2, 2GB RAM, 450 GB disk
11 WN nodes - Each Intel Core2Quad Q6600 with approximatelly 8GB memory and 80GB scratch space, totalling to 48 CPU cores with over 100 GB of RAM.
Beside standard serial jobs, the system is also optimized and heavily tested in parallel processing environment using various MPI implementations and currently supports seegrid, aegis, sgdemo, env.see-grid-sci.eu, seismo.see-grid-sci.eu, meteo.see-grid-sci.eu and ops.vo.egee-see.org virtual organisations.
